Terms of use

About this site

rekvon.in is operated by Rekvon, a product studio based in New Delhi, India. Using the site means accepting these terms.

Everything published here — copy, design, illustrations, screenshots and code samples — belongs to Rekvon unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to quote or link to it; please do not republish it wholesale as your own.

What the site is and isn't

The pages here describe services and show work we have built. Timelines, prices and capability statements are honest descriptions of typical engagements, not a binding quote.

A real quote comes after a conversation about your specific project. Projects generally start from $2,500.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship. It starts a conversation. Nothing you send is treated as confidential until we have a written agreement in place — so please do not send secrets or credentials through the contact form.

We aim to reply to every enquiry within one business day. We reserve the right to decline work.

Client work

Each engagement is governed by its own written agreement covering scope, price, schedule, intellectual property and confidentiality. That agreement takes precedence over anything on this site.

As a default, you own the work we deliver for you once it is paid for. We keep ownership of our own pre-existing tools and libraries, and we will say clearly when any of those are involved.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses arising from relying on information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links out

We link to our own product at ai.rekvon.in and occasionally to third-party sites. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version.

Questions go to adityapratap2307@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
